Dorsey's Knob Park is the City of Morgantown's newest Park in the BOPARC Park System . This 70-acre site is one of the highest points in Monongalia County. From its "Sky Rock" peak, you can see for miles and miles.
On June 25, 2002, a dream became reality when it was announced that the Greater Morgantown Community Trust agreed to borrow the necessary $1.32 million to purchase Dorsey's Knob providing the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners with one of the largest additions to the BOPARC system.
